Function Description
The Bear Foldable Kettle Jug is designed for household use, primarily for boiling water. It features a "Boil" function, a "Dechlorination" function (which boils for an additional 3 minutes), and a "Keep Warm" function. The "Keep Warm" function allows users to set a desired temperature between 40°C and 90°C, increasing in 5°C increments with each press. This function can maintain the set temperature for up to 8 hours before automatically returning to standby mode.

Usage Features
The kettle is operated via two buttons: "FUNCTION / CANCEL" and "KEEP WARM / TEMP".
- FUNCTION / CANCEL button: In setting mode, this button is used to choose a function. In working mode, it stops the current operation and returns the appliance to standby mode.
- KEEP WARM / TEMP button: This button directly starts the keep warm mode. In setting mode, it adjusts the keep-warm temperature. The default temperature is 60°C, with an adjustable range of 40°C to 90°C. Each press increases the temperature by 5°C. When in working mode, the first press displays the setting temperature, and subsequent presses adjust it. The unit automatically confirms the temperature change if no operation is performed for 10 seconds.
Initial Use:
Before first use, it is recommended to stretch the kettle by holding the lid and pull-tab. Fill the kettle to the maximum level with water, boil it once, then pour out the water and clean the inside of the kettle.
Operation Steps:
- Open the lid and pour water into the pot body, ensuring the main body is dry. The water level must be below the MAX level mark and above the MIN level to prevent dry heating.
- Plug in the unit; all indicator lights will illuminate for 1 second, then turn off, and the display will show "----".
- Press the "FUNCTION / CANCEL" button to select a function.
- Press the "KEEP WARM / TEMP" button to set the keep warm temperature if needed.
- The appliance starts working 10 seconds after no operation.
- Upon completion of boiling, the unit will beep ("di di...") and automatically switch to keep warm mode.
- If the kettle runs out of water, it will beep three times ("di"), and the display will show "E00". In this case, fill the appliance with cold water to cool it down, then return to standby mode.
- To activate keep-warm without boiling, press the "KEEP WARM / TEMP" button directly and adjust the temperature after plugging in.
- Press the "FUNCTION / CANCEL" button during operation to stop working.
Safety Precautions:
- Intended for household use only.
- Always check that the rated voltage matches your power supply.

- Do not use on carpet, plastic, or other non-heat-resistant materials.
- Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid, or rinse under the tap.

- Avoid high-temperature environments or proximity to stoves.
- Do not insert anything into the unit base.
- Do not touch or operate the power cord and socket with wet hands.
- Do not repair, modify, or disassemble the unit.
- Stop using if the power cord is broken and take it to a service center.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while in operation.
- Do not fill water exceeding the MAX mark.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Unplug immediately if it runs out of water and allow it to cool before handling.
- Avoid touching hot surfaces to prevent burns.
- Do not open the lid immediately after boiling; wait a few minutes for steam to dissipate.
- Do not move the appliance when it is full of hot water.
- The glass kettle can only be heated on its dedicated base.
- This unit cannot be operated by an individual timer or remote set.
- Unplug, clean, and store in cool, dry places if not used for a long time.
- Not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised or instructed.
Maintenance Features
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Before cleaning, switch off and disconnect the appliance, then allow it to cool down.
- Do not immerse the unit in liquid.
- Do not use stainless steel brushes, nylon brushes, or other abrasive tools. Use a sponge or soft cloth.
- Wash the inside of the kettle with household detergent, rinse with water, and dry with a soft cloth.
- Wipe the outside body with a dry or slightly damped cloth, then dry thoroughly.
- To avoid deformation or cracking, do not use benzine, thinner, or liquid cleaners.
- Chemical cloths may cause color changes to the unit.
- Store in a dry place if not used for a long time.
Method of Scale Removal:
- Descale the kettle regularly.
- Fill the kettle to the Max mark with a mixture of vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio.
- Boil the mixture and let it sit in the kettle for 24 hours before pouring it away.
- Fill the kettle to the MAX mark with clean water and boil it.
- Pour away all boiled water and clean the kettle body, filter, and lid with clean water. This completes the scale removal process.

This product should not be disposed of with other household waste. It should be recycled responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources and prevent harm to the environment and human health from uncontrolled waste disposal.
