The AIRWAVE 8 is designed with user convenience and safety in mind. Before initial operation, it is crucial to detach the base bowl and all accessories for cleaning. The lid features a "Lid button" and "Lid handle" for easy opening and closing. When placing food, ensure it is positioned approximately 3cm away from the heater protection cover. During cooking, the lid can be opened to add ingredients and then closed. The infra-red light cycles on and off to maintain the desired preset temperature, indicating that the appliance is actively working to achieve and sustain the selected cooking conditions.
The appliance offers a range of accessories to enhance its versatility. For chicken, users can utilize the Chicken Rotisserie or racks. The Chicken Rotisserie assembly involves pushing the Rotisserie Shaft through the chicken, positioning the Rotisserie Forks, and securing them with a holding screw. The assembled rotisserie is then placed into the main body, ensuring the squared end of the rod connects with the drive hole and the round end connects with the shaft bracket. For fries or nuts, the High/Low Rack and Fries Basket are used together, with food placed directly in the basket. For pizza or cakes, the High/Low Rack and Fry Pan are combined, and food is placed on the pan. For other foods, the High/Low Rack can be used directly. A helpful tip is to place the Fry Pan under the High/Low Rack (if not in use) to catch fats, simplifying the cleaning process.
The control panel is intuitive, featuring buttons for Temperature (°C), Rotation, Cancel, Start, Timer, and Menu. The display screen provides visual feedback, showing the selected menu, operating indications, and temperature/timer settings. In standby mode, the "Menu" button allows selection from predefined functions such as "DIY," "Burger," "Chicken," "Cake," "Skewer," "Steak," "Fries," and "Fish." For the "DIY" function, users can manually set the temperature and cooking time. The Temperature/Timer buttons are not available for other preset menus.
The timer can be adjusted in standby mode or during cooking by pressing the Timer (+) or Timer (-) buttons, with short presses adjusting by minutes and long presses by 5-minute intervals, up to a maximum of 99 minutes and a minimum of 1 minute. Temperature adjustment is done via the Temperature button, with the last three digits flashing. The (+) and (-) buttons adjust the temperature by 5°C with short presses and 10°C with long presses, within a range of 80°C to 210°C. The Rotation button activates or deactivates rotation for drum or rotisserie fork cooking, indicated by a rotation light. The Start button initiates operation from standby mode, while the Cancel button stops the current operation and returns the appliance to standby mode. After cooking, the screen will display "-----".
Taking out food requires caution. After opening the lid, allow the food and accessories to cool down before using the provided clamp to remove the food. To stop cooking, simply switch off the power plug.

The exterior of the Main Body Heater/Control assembly should be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth and then thoroughly drying with a soft dry cloth. It is crucial NOT to wash or immerse the Main Cooker Body, Heater/Control Assembly in water or any other liquids to prevent electric shock and damage.
The Base Bowl and all accessories, including the High/Low Rack, Fry Pan, Fries Basket, Chicken Rotisserie with Shaft, and Tong, are designed for easy cleaning.
