Use vacuum pump
1. Remove the valve caps on the liquid valve and gas valve and the nut
on the refrigerant lling vent.
2. Connect the charging hose on the piezometer to the refrigerant
charging vent on the gas valve, and then connect the other charging
hose to the vacuum pump.
3. Open the piezometer completely and operate for 10-15 min to check if
the pressure on the piezometer remains within -0.1MPa.
4. Close the vacuum pump and leave it in the same state for 1-2 min to
check if the pressure of the piezometer remains within -0.1MPa. If the
pressure decreases, there may be a leak.
5. Remove the piezometer, completely open the core of the liquid valve
and the gas valve completely with the hexagonal spanner.
6. Tighten the screw caps on the valves and refrigerant charging vent.
• Slant the drain hose slightly downwards. The drain hose can’t be
curved, raised and loose, etc.
