Pipe extension method
Note: Improper pipe extension is the main cause of refrigerant leak.
Please extent the pipe according to the following steps:
A: Cut the pipe
• Conrm the pipe length according to the distance between the indoor
unit and the outdoor unit.
• Cut the required pipe with a pipe cutter.
B: Remove burrs
• Remove burrs with a shaper and prevent
lings from getting into the pipe.
C: Apply suitable insulation to the pipe
D: Put on the union nut
• Remove the union nut on the indoor
connection pipe and outdoor valve; install
the union nut on the pipe.
