1. Save entries (such as laser parameters, pulse
shapes) that are not yet saved.
2. Turn the LASER key switch (B) to the "0" posi-
tion (C).
3. Set the main switch (A) MAIN POWER to the
"0" position.
4. If applicable, close the valves for the inert gas
in the gas cylinder fittings.
NOTE
Remove the key and store it in a location that is
only accessible to authorized persons.
