Pulse shapes
The shape of the laser pulse (i.e. the curve of the
intensity of the laser beam over time) has a signi-
ficant influence on the behaviour of the material and
thus on the welding result.
The LaserStar T plus plus welding laser has four
fixed preset pulse shapes, which can be selected for
processing, like the other parameters, and can be
stored together with the other parameters.
