Preparation
The following tools and parts are required in order to perform the procedures described in this service bulletin.

Issue
No power or no output, loud buzzing sound, burning smell or complaints of smoke
Remedy
Replace 15V voltage regulators IC1 and IC2, and improve their heatsinking
Replace any other components that have failed
Action
Rework all units manufactured prior to date code 1402
Technician
Only authorized service technicians shall perform this procedure

Crosshead screwdriver, soldering iron, approved thermal grease
