  If the BeiJer Inverter trips due to over current, start by inspecting the motor and its connection cable for any phase-to-phase or phase-to-earth short circuits. Then, verify that the load isn't jammed, blocked, or stalled mechanically. Also, make sure the motor nameplate parameters (P1-07, P1-08, P1-09) are correctly entered. Try reducing the Boost voltage setting in P1-11 and increasing the ramp-up time in P1-03. Finally, if your motor has a holding brake, confirm it's properly connected, controlled, and releasing as it should.
