  If foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer of your Beko washer, it is likely that too much detergent is being used. Mix 1 tablespoonful of softener and ½ l of water and pour it into the main wash compartment of the detergent drawer. Also, put detergent into the machine suitable for the programmes and maximum loads indicated in the “Programme and consumption table”. Reduce the amount of detergent when you use additional chemicals (stain removers, bleachs and etc).

  If the loading door of your Beko washer cannot be opened, it could be because the door lock is activated due to the water level in the machine. Drain the water by running the Pump or Spin programme. The machine might be heating up the water or is at the spinning cycle, so wait until the programme completes. The child lock might be engaged, so wait a couple of minutes for deactivation of the door lock after the programme has ended.
