  If your Belifu Food Saver isn't turning on, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the electrical outlet and that the cord isn't damaged. Test the outlet with another appliance to confirm it's working. Also, check that the latches are locked and the bag is correctly placed inside the vacuum chamber. Finally, the appliance may need to cool down; allow it to rest for about 40 seconds before trying again.

  If air remains in the bag after using your Belifu Food Saver, ensure the bag's opening is entirely inside the Vacuum Chamber. Inspect the bag for leaks by filling it with air, immersing it in water, and applying pressure; use a new bag if bubbles appear. Also, check the seal for wrinkles, which can cause leakage; if present, cut the bag and reseal it. Avoid creating side seams yourself, as this can also lead to leaks.

  If air keeps re-entering your Belifu Food Saver bag, start by examining the seal for wrinkles; if you find any, cut the bag and reseal it. Moisture or food particles (juices, grease, crumbs, powders, etc.) along the seal can also prevent proper sealing; wipe the top inside of the bag and reseal. If you're vacuum-sealing sharp items, the bag may have been punctured, so inspect for holes and use a new bag if necessary. Note that some swelling may occur due to spoiling or the nature of the food itself. Ensure that you are not overfilling the bag. Also, make sure that the bag is placed properly.

  If your Belifu Food Saver is failing to seal, and the food is too wet or the bag is too thick, select 'Moist' mode and press the sealing button again after vacuum sealing. Also, check the temperature of the heating wire after sealing; if there's no heat, the wire may be burnt out. If the heating wire of the machine is burnt out, please contact our customer service.

  If the bag melts while using your Belifu Food Saver, the rubber lip may have overheated. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 5 minutes before vacuum-packaging another item.
