- Assembly:
- Place the motor base on a flat, dry surface.

- For blending, attach the blending blade to the tall blending cup. For grinding, attach the grinding blade to the small grinding cup. Ensure the blade collar is tightened clockwise until snug.
- Invert the cup/blade assembly and insert the blade collar into the motor base, aligning the three locking tabs with the slots.
- Operation:
- Plug the power cord into a 120V AC outlet.
- To process, turn the cup clockwise into the motor base and press down on the top of the cup. The blender will operate until pressure is released.
- To pulse, press down on the cup in short bursts.
- After processing, turn the cup counter-clockwise and lift to remove.

- Cleaning:

- For quick clean-ups, fill a processing cup one-quarter full with warm water, pulse several times with the appropriate blade, and rinse thoroughly.
