Why won't my Belle pclx 400 engine start?

  Your Belle Power Tool engine might not start due to several reasons: there could be no fuel, so open the fuel tap or fill the fuel tank. The engine may be switched off, so switch the engine on. A fouled spark plug can also be the culprit, in which case you should clean and reset the plug gap. If the engine is cold, close the choke. If the engine is flooded, open the choke, fully open the throttle, and pull the recoil starter until the engine fires.
