Troubleshooting
I. Can’t find Benq V772 on the Win-
dows® XP
/2000/ME/98/95 monitor
lists.
You need to update the Windows®XP/ 2000/
ME/ 98 or Windows®95 setup information for
your Benq V772. You can download the
updated file from the web site (http://
www.benq.com).
II. There is no picture on the screen.
Check:
a
Video sync signal. The video sync signal must
be specified for the monitor.
a
Power saving mode. Press any key and move
the mouse to deactivate the mode.
a
Signal cable connector pins. If there are bent
or missing pins, consult your place of pur-
chase.
III. The picture is scrolling or unstable.
Check:
a
Signal connector pin assignments. Replace
with a correct one if they are not operative.
a

Graphics card. See if the settings are made
properly.
a
Scanning frequency. Change the settings of
your graphics card to acceptable options.

Remove magnetic objects near the monitor.

II. Aucune image n'apparaît à l'écran.
Vérifiez :

Le signal de synchronisation vidéo. Ce signal

une touche et déplacez la souris pour désac-
tiver ce mode.

Les broches de connexion du câble vidéo. Si
elles sont recourbées ou s'il en manque,
consultez votre revendeur.
III. L'image défile ou n'est pas stable.
Vérifiez:
a
Les assignations des broches du connecteur
vidéo. Remplacez celles qui ne fonctionnent
pas par des assignations correctes.
a
La carte vidéo. Vérifiez que les paramètres
sont définis correctement.
a
La fréquence de balayage. Modifiez les para-
mètres de la carte vidéo pour choisir des
options acceptables.
a
Eloignez les objets magnétiques du moniteur.

Prüfen Sie:

Videosynchronisierungssignal. Das Videosyn-
chronisierungssignal muß für den Monitor
geeignet sein.

Stromsparmodus. Drücken Sie eine beliebige
Taste, und bewegen Sie die Maus, um den
Modus zu deaktivieren.
a
Signalkabelstifte. Wenn Stifte (Pins) verbogen
sind oder fehlen, wenden Sie sich an Ihren
Händler.
III. Das Bild läuft durch oder ist
unbeständig.
Prüfen Sie:
a
Stiftbelegung des Signalanschlusses. Ersetzen
Sie sie durch eine korrekte Belegung, wenn
die Stifte nicht funktionieren.
a
Signalkabelstifte. Wenn Stifte (Pins) verbogen
sind oder fehlen, wenden Sie sich an Ihren
Händler.
a
Videokarte. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Einstel-
lungen korrekt sind.
a
Abtastfrequenz. Ändern Sie die Grafikein-
stellungen in zulässige Werte.
a
Entfernen Sie magnetische Objekte aus der
Nähe des Monitors.
