During the
early
life of the Automatic
Gearbox, a certain
amount
of initial
bedding-in of the
brake bands occurs. This
cannot
be
compensated for in
the
original factory adjustments, and
it
is
therefore
most
important
that
after the car has completed the first
r,ooo miles
running, it should be
taken to
the Bentley Retailer
in your territory
for the appropriate adjustments
to be carried out.
No charge
will
be made for
this service.
If it
is inconvenient
for you
to send the
car
to the
retailer from
whom
it
was
purchased,
any Bentley
Retailer will be
pleased
to
carry
out
this
adjustment.
