Some tips to enhance and maintain the qualities of the product:
Before rst time use
• afterunpackingyourcookware,washtheiteminwarm,soapywaterwithasoft
sponge.Rinsethoroughlyanddrycompletelywithasoftcloth.
• beforeheatingyournewcookwareforthefirsttime,applyalittlevegetableoiltothe
insideofthepanorpotwithapapertowel.Thiswilllightlyseasonthesurfaceand
enhancethepropertiesoftheall-naturalceramiccoating.Youmightconsiderdoing
thiseachtimebeforeyouputawaythecookwareforalongertime.

• besurethatyoualwaysstartwithacleanpan
• takethefoodfromtherefrigeratoratleast10minutesbeforecooking.
• ifyouuseoilfortasteortexture,allowtheoiltowarmforaminuteortwooverlow
tomediumheatbeforeaddingfoodtothepan.Experimentabittofindthebest
setting.

warranty.Werecommendusingbamboo,silicone,nylonorwoodutensilstoprotect
andextendthelifeofyourcookware.

untilacertaintemperature.Werecommendtherefined(notcoldpressed)oliveoilor
coconutoil;theyarehealthyandfitforusingathigherbakingtemperatures.
