• The mains plug is used as disconnect device. The mains plug of apparatus should
not be obstructed OR should be easily accessed during intended use. To be
completely disconnect the power input, the mains plug of apparatus shall be
disconnected from the mains.
• Ensure a minimum distance of 8 cm around the apparatus for sufficient
ventilation.
• Ensure that the ventilation is not impeded by covering the ventilation openings
with items such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
• Do not place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles on the apparatus.
• Take attention to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
• Use the apparatus only in moderate climates (not in tropical climates).
• Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
• The main plug shall remain readily operable.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
The baery compartment is located on the back of the remote control.
1. Remove the battery compartment door by pressing in on the tab and
lifting it off.
2. Insert two (2) AAA size batteries (not included) into the battery
compartment following the polarity markings inside the battery
compartment.
3. Replace the battery compartment door.
BATTERY WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. IF SWALLOWED OR PLACED
INSIDE ANY PART OF THE BODY SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION.
• INSTALL BATTERIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS POLARITY SYMBOLS. DO NOT FIT
BATTERIES IN REVERSE. DO NOT SHORT CIRCUIT THE BATTERY TERMINALS.
• REMOVE THE BATTERIES IF LEFT FOR LONG PERIODS.
• KEEP BATTERIES AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.
• DO NOT MIX USED AND NEW BATTERIES.
• NEVER DISPOSE OF BATTERIES IN A FIRE.
• BATTERY DISPOSAL, SPENT OR EXPIRED BATTERIES MUST BE DISPOSED OF AND
RECYCLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITY REGULATIONS.
• FOLLOW THE BATTERY MANUFACTURER’S SAFETY, USAGE, AND DISPOSAL
INSTRUCTIONS.
