Bertini BR1505B4 - Bed Conversion Instructions; Day Bed Assembly

ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB MUST BE AT LEAST 27-1/4 INCHES BY

The toddler bed or day bed is not intended for children under 15 months of age or over
50 lbs (22.7 kgs).
STEP 1: Detach the front panel (D) from side panels (B & C) with Allen key (9).
STEP 2: If mattress support (F) is not in the lowest position, unscrew mattress support
bolts (3) and spring washers (6) from left & right side panels (B & C) and move
STEP 3: Attach bottom rail (E) to the side panels (B & C) using wood dowels (5), bolts (1)
and spring washers (8). Use Allen key (9) to tighten all bolts.
STEP 4: Ensure all bolts are tightly secured.
STEP 1: Follow steps 1 to 3 of the crib assembly instruction.
STEP 2: Follow steps 2 to 4 for the day bed assembly instruction located above (starting
from crib).
