2. Assembly

3. Functional description

Positioning of controls

4. Before starting

Filling up

5. Driving

Starting of motor

PURGE TRANSMISSION

Driving

Cutting tips

To Dump Bagger

Turn off alarm, position tractor, disengage transmission, set brake, raise handle, and dump clippings.

To convert mower

Convert mower for mulching, rear discharging, or bagging by installing appropriate accessories.

Adjustment of the cutting unit

Adjust cutting unit side-to-side and front-to-back for optimal cutting height and levelness.

6. Maintenance, adjustment.

Before servicing

Disconnect spark plug wire, press pedals, move lever to neutral, disengage clutch, switch off engine.

TO CHANGE OIL

Drain hot engine oil using extension, reinstall plug, and fill with correct oil type.

SERVICE RECORD

Keep a record of all regular maintenance services performed on the tractor for optimal condition.

TRANSAXLE COOLING

Keep fan and cooling fins of transmission clean for proper cooling. Do not clean while engine is running or hot.

7. Troubleshooting.

Engine will not start

Check fuel, plug, connections, carburetor, and fuel pipe for issues preventing engine start.

Start motor will not turn engine

Check battery, cable contact, lever position, fuse, ignition lock, safety contacts, and pedal position.

Engine runs unevenly

Check gear, plug, carburetor setting, air filter, fuel tank ventilation, ignition setting, and fuel pipe.

Engine feels weak

Check air filter, plug, carburetor, and carburetor setting for performance issues.

Engine overheats

Check for engine overload, blocked air inlet/fins, fan damage, oil level, ignition, and plug.

Battery does not charge

The machine vibrates
