If the jets in your BestLife Hot Tubs Hot Tub aren't working when you press the pump key, there are a few things to check: * First, make sure the jet pump is plugged into the spa pack. * Next, check the jet pump fuse in the spa pack and replace it if blown. * The jet pump might not be primed; shut off the spa to allow trapped air to escape, then restart it. If the problem persists, bleed air at the pump directly. * Also, ensure that the individually adjustable volume jets are not set to low volume and that the air control is open. * If the pump has overheated, wait for it to cool and listen for a 'snap' sound as the overload resets. * If none of these steps work, there may be a broken part inside the pump, in which case you should contact your dealer for service.
