Treatment Guideline
It is important to use your light consislently. We recommend using your light
everyday: light therapy is like food for your cells. For best results, please
position your light about
6 to 12 inches from the area on your body or skin
that you want to treat.
Treatment Time:
20-25 minutes session per day and at least 4 times
per week. Distance to treatment:
6 to 12 inches.
To achieve better results, you need to
turn both switches on and undress
before treatment.
Health -------------9-20-4 rules: 9 inches away, 20 mins per day, 4 days a week
Treatment ----------6-25-5 rules: 6 inches away, 25 mins per day, 5 days a week
