Within 1 year of purchase, you needs to ship the defective devices to our
warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost from you to warehouse. Also, we
will send you a return shipping label, you just need to drop it off at their local
post office. Once we receive the device, we will repair it free of charge.
For devices that are beyond 1 year from the original invoice date, a service to
ship the defective product for repair or replacement to our facility is available,
but you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs to the local
logistics company. Please note that we reserve the right to modify or terminate
the warranty service if the product has been subjected to illegal modification
or incorrect operation without our approval, which may void the warranty.
Except as set forth in this warranty, all other provisions in the applicable
Bestqool Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any Products. All of devices
carry a 1-year limited warranty at no cost to fix. No return for refunds,
exchanges, credit or replacements are accepted after 30 days.
We strongly recommend that you insist on using it for 4 weeks to observe the
effect before deciding whether to return it. If you insist on returning it, we will
charge 20% for the handling fee that consists of returning fee, restocking fee
and refurbishment fee, because it belongs to the medical equipment for
personal use and we have to take it seriously, thanks for your understanding.
