If your Bestway Blower cleaner gets stuck on wrinkles, inspect the bottom of the pool and level it to minimize wrinkles. Also, check and clean the debris screen inside the cleaner head if it's dirty. Additionally, ensure the filter cartridge or filter sand is clean; if dirty, clean the filter cartridge or backwash the filter sand. Finally, try moving the Pouring Weight backward.
