PURPOSE OF USE
- The pen oiler can be used for the following purpose:
• oil transfer
- The pen oiler must not be used for the following operations:

1.Placethehoseintotheuid.
2.Pulltheplungerhandletoitsmaximumlengthandlockitinplace.
How to use pen oiler 1756B
1.Insertthehoseintotheoilcontainer.
2.Unlocktheplungerhandleandpushitdownwardstodelivertheuidintotheoilsumportherequiredarea.
Note:beforetransferringoil,checkthattheuidiscoldenough.Ifoilistransferredfromavehicle,checkthatthe
vehicleengineisoffandthatbothoilandtheenginepartsarecold.
ADJUSTING NUT TO INCREASE OR DECREASE PLUNGER INTERFERENCE
Dependingonoilviscosity,adjustthenutontheplungerhead(seepicture):loosewith
particularlydenseuids;tightwithlessdenseuids.
Withhigherinterference,theplungerisquiteresistanttoforwardmovement.If,with
suction,theplungeristakentostrokeendposition,itmustbepushedforcefully,and
oilmaysuddenlycomeout.Whereas,iftheplungerisnottakentostrokeendposition,
forwardmovementwillbeeasiertomodulate.
