Why does my Beurer BG 51 Scales show 'Err'?
    • E
      Ebony HernandezAug 11, 2025
The Beurer Scales may display 'Err' for several reasons: * The electrical resistance between your feet and the scale is too high, possibly due to thick calluses or dry skin. * Your body fat percentage is outside the measurable range (less than 5% or greater than 65%). * Your body water percentage is outside the measurable range (less than 25% or greater than 75%). * Your muscle percentage is outside the measurable range, based on age and gender. To resolve this, repeat the measurement barefoot. If necessary, remove any calluses from the soles of your feet.
