8. Storage
If you do not plan to use the device for 2 to 3 days, we recommend that you unplug it and store it thoroughly
empty, clean and dry in the original packing in a dry environment. Ensure that no objects are placed on top
of the device.
9. What if there are problems?
Problem Cause Solution
No display. The device is not connected to
mains power supply.
Connect the mains plug and switch on
the device.
No display. The device has switched itself off
due to safety reasons.
Clean and refill the device before next
use. Then switch it on again.
The device automatically
stops when dehumidifying.
The water tank is full. Empty the water tank, then start up the
device again.
The ambient temperature is below
0°C.
The ambient temperature must be
above 0°C.
The ambient temperature is above
40°C.
The ambient temperature must be
below 40°C.
