Switching On and Display

Slide switch to ON; display shows settings. Auto-dimming for sleep comfort.

Rapid Heating (Turbo)

Fast warming for the first 15 minutes; 'Turbo' flashes. Deactivated if switched off/on quickly.

Temperature and Time Settings

Selecting Temperature

Use buttons to set body and foot area temperatures from 0 (off) to 9 (max).

Continuous Use Warning

Recommend lowest setting for continuous use to avoid overheating.

Automatic Switch-back

Settings 9, 8, 7 automatically switch to 6 after 3 hours for safety.

Automatic Switch-off

Set timer for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 12 hours. Unit switches off automatically.

Switching Off

Slide ON/OFF slider to OFF (0) position.

ECO Control
