6 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
The grinders and measuring grinders do not require
maintenance at set times. The only components
subject to wear are the grinding parts. To replace
the latter proceed as follows:
Warning:
Disconnect plug before removing
hopper; disconnect from supply circuit
before opening.
1° -Remove the setscrews (pos. 1).
2° -Disassemble the hopper (pos. 2).
3° -Press the lock pin (pos. 3).
4° -Rotate the regulation ring nut
anticlockwise and remove it (pos.
4).
5° -Disassemble the upper grinding
part (pos. 5) and replace it.
6° -Disassemble the lower grinding
part (pos. 6) and replace it.
7° -Re-assemble the device, cleaning
the ring nut thread, and prepare it
for use again as per Sect. 5.
Any non-routine maintenance must be performed by specialist staff.
