Air Die Grinder
SAFETY NOTES
1. Read these instructions carefully before using the item. The failure to
observe the following precautions can result in serious injury!
2. Use this tool NEVER near explosive items, materials, liquids or gases.
3. Disconnect the air grinder from air supply before changing attachments
or accessories.
4. Do not wear baggy or loose clothing when working with the air sander.
scarves, necklaces, bracelets, jewelry, etc. should not be worn while
working with the tool.
5. Tie together long hair and always wear safety glasses, gloves, hearing
protection and respiratory protection.
6. When operating, keep a secure and firm footing
7. Prior to the installation of accessories or maintaining the equipment,
disconnect the air supply.
8. Do not point the tool at yourself or other people. This can result in
serious injury.
9. Tighten all nuts, bolts and screws and make sure that your equipment
is in good working condition.
10. When there is a defect of the item, disconnect the tool directly from the
air. The air sander may be used again until after the test or repair.
11. Use only equipment that is suitable for pneumatic devices.

Operation Instructions

Tool Preparation and Accessory Fitting

Lubricate the tool, remove/re-install collet fixing cap correctly, and insert accessories rated for the tool's RPM.

Connecting Air Supply and Operation

Connect the air supply hose, set pressure to 90 PSI, and operate the throttle lever to control speed.

Care and Maintenance

Daily Lubrication

Lubricate the tool daily with air tool oil or equivalent; oil during continuous operation every 1-2 hours.

Storage and Disposal

Avoid humid environments, oil before storage, and recycle damaged tools responsibly.
