  If your BHG Grill isn't getting hot enough even when the control knob is set to “HIGH”, here are a few things to investigate: 1. First, confirm that the issue is only happening with one burner. If so, try cleaning the burner and the orifice, and make sure there are no blockages in the ports. 2. Inspect the fuel hose for any bends or kinks. 3. Ensure the air shutter is correctly adjusted. 4. Verify you have the correct gas supply and pressure. 5. Preheat the grill for 15 minutes. 6. If you're using LP gas, double-check that the tank isn't empty.

  If your BHG Grill won’t light when you turn the control knob, try these steps: * First, check whether the LP tank is empty. * Make sure the battery is correctly installed. * Clean the wires and electrode using alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a dry cloth. * Confirm the wire is properly connected to the electrode assembly. * See if the other burners are working. If they are, inspect the gas orifice on the burner that isn't working for any obstructions.
