If your BHM Medical Lifting Systems ceiling lift isn't responding to the hand control, here are a few things to check: * If the charger light is illuminated, try moving the lift away from the charging station. * Ensure the emergency stop isn't activated by gently pushing up on the reset switch plastic insert. * See if the buttons on the ceiling lift cassette itself are functional. * Confirm that the hand control is properly connected to the ceiling lift cassette. * Slide the ceiling lift over the clip-on charging station to verify that the yellow light comes on.
