Operating Programme Buttons

On/Off Button

Starts selected programs and can be used to end them prematurely. It lights up green when a program is active.

Pulse Button / Pulse Mode

Activates maximum speed operation; device stops when the button is released. Display shows '88:88' and 'H' in this mode.

Start of an Automatic Program

Initiates a selected program by pressing the On/Off switch after choosing a program with the jog-dial.

SPEED + / - und TIME + / -

Allows manual adjustment of speed and time settings. '+' increases values, '-' decreases them.

Speed Adjustment

Enables setting the speed from level 1 to 10 (H) using dedicated buttons for adjustment.

Start-up

Ensures proper mixing container placement on the motor block for the device to start operation.

Energy Saving Mode

Device enters this mode automatically after 1 sec display activation, with only the On/Off button lit.

Standby Mode

Device switches to standby mode by pressing a control panel button or turning the Jog-dial.

Operating BIANCO puro preset programs

Program Description

Bisque = Soup

Heats contents to nearly 100°C for 8 minutes, enabling preparation of hot soups.

Sauce

Enables quick preparation of delicious sauces, for example tomato basil pesto.

Green Smoothies

Dedicated program for creating green smoothies, ensuring perfect blending of green leaves due to longer mix time.

Soy Milk

Allows preparation of homemade soy milk. A related recipe is available on page 31.

Nuts = Nut Programme

Designed for grinding coffee beans, nuts, or grains, recommending the 2.0 liter dry container.

Smoothies = Fruit smoothies

Ideal for preparing fruit smoothies without green leaves, and also suitable for making ice cream.

Operating BIANCO puro Manual Mode

Manual Mode

Allows variable setting of time and speed, useful when preset programs do not match recipe needs.

Time Adjustment

Enables time adjustment using TIME +/– buttons, with 5-second intervals for runtimes under 1 minute.

Speed Adjustment

Allows speed setting from level 1 to 10 (H) via SPEED +/– buttons during manual mode operation.
