Why is steam leaking from my Big boss STAINLESS STEELPRESSURE COOKER Electric Pressure Cooker?
- JjosephoconnellJul 30, 2025
Steam may leak from under the cover of your Big Boss Electric Pressure Cooker if the cover isn't properly closed, the gasket isn’t correctly positioned or is damaged, or if the pressure cooker is overfilled. To resolve this: 1. Unplug the power cord. 2. Turn the pressure regulator knob to STEAM, using short bursts, until the pressure is fully released, and only then remove the lid. 3. Check the gasket for any tears or cracks and ensure it’s positioned correctly. 4. If overfilled, remove excess liquid before continuing to cook.
