Common problems and solutions
No sound after pressing
the power on/off
Check the DC adaptor is correctly plugged in
or not.
Check the USB cable is correctly or tightly
plugged in by both ends.
The keyboard stops
during playing.
Check if the power supply is disconnected.
Check if the USB cable is disconnected by
either one end, or improperly plugged.
Operation notice:
1. This product should not be placed near these accessories, such as radio,
television, tuner to avoid the mutual interference when receiving audio or
video while using.
3. Please use the nearest power socket , so that you can unplug the adaptor
immediately when malfunction or other necessary events happened.
4. Please unplug the adaptor if not using for a long time.
5. Please do not tear down the inner parts or remake this product. This
product is not including any parts which can be remained by users. If
anything unusual , please stop using .
