Right of Return
• In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product, Biktrix allows you up to 14 calendar days
to return the product that you are not satisfied with.
• Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered.
• No return will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and beyond 14
calendar days.
• You must report your intention to return the product within this time frame, secure an RMA number and
ship the product back to us using the return label provided.
• The right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original box and packaging. Any
product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or packaging that has been worn beyond
simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
• If the original packaging is lost, disposed or damaged you are responsible for finding an appropriate bike
box. You could purchase a suitable bike box from us by paying an upfront fee plus shipping. This is
generally $100 for the box + ~$300 shipping. We have the right to refuse a return due to damage if it is
not in original packaging or has been used more than reported.
Deductions on Return
• We would deduct the two-way shipping fee and restocking fee, from the refund amount, depending on
the condition the product is received in. Shipping fees vary based on your address from $300-$400. You
are welcome to find your own shipper if desired.
• All products would be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee by default. The exact restocking fee would
be communicated only after a complete assessment of the returned goods.
• All returns and deductions would be at the sole discretion of Biktrix Enterprises.
