SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The unit is not
responsive
Main relay not Functioning
and Power LED is not
illuminated
No power,
Blown fuse
Apply proper AC/DC
voltage to the board and
recheck the unit.
If power is present and
Power LED is not illuminated,
then the main fuse is blown.
Replace electronics.
Main relay is functioning
and Power LED is illuminated
Electronic failure, or main
relay contacts are fused
Replace electronics.
Unit not as sensitive
as expected
Ensure the cover is properly
torqued and unit is installed
wrench tight.
