To resolve this, check fuel lines for blockages. Also, check the fuel petcock, replace the vacuum line fitting, replace the fuel line, and replace the vacuum hose.

To address this, clean or replace the carburetor, readjust the mixing ratio and concentration of the carburetor, clean the carburetor or replace the carburetor floater, clean the fuel filter, replace the throttle, replace the fuel, remove blockage in the air vent of the fuel tank, and add fuel to the fuel tank.
