  If you're experiencing weak suction, insufficient plasticizing, or undefined contours with your Bio-Art dental equipment, consider the following: * Ensure the vacuum chamber holes are clear by cleaning them with a 1 mm Ø metallic pin. * Avoid using resined plaster. * If the model is too high, use the double-sided cast rack on the tray side or cut away part of the model. * Replace the double-sided cast rack if it's damaged.

  If the vertical movement of the sheet support is very difficult on your Bio-Art dental equipment, consider these possibilities: 1. The right cable of vacuum activation might be too tight. Loosen the cable half way in the anticlockwise direction. 2. There may be residues or dirt in the column. Turn off the machine and clean the column with a dry cloth, making vertical movements with the sheet support. 3. The machine may be overheated, causing excess expansion of the sliding elements. Wait 30 minutes for the machine to cool down before resuming work.
