  If your bioBidet Steam Cleaner isn't heating up and the Heating Indicator Light is off, here's what you can check: * Ensure the unit is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. * Check your household circuit breaker or ground fault interrupter and reset it if tripped, or replace the fuse if blown. If you need help, contact a licensed electrician. * If the problem persists, stop using the unit immediately, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance.

Why is the steam output weak or intermittent on my bioBidet Steam Cleaner?

  Weak or intermittent steam output from your bioBidet Steam Cleaner can be due to a couple of reasons: * The water level in the boiler might be running low. Please refer to the Filling With Water procedure to refill the unit. * Mineral build-up inside the unit can also cause this issue. Please refer to the Mineral Build-up section for the cleaning procedure.

  If your bioBidet Steam Cleaner isn't heating up, but the Heating Indicator Light is on, consider these potential causes: * There may be no water in the boiler. Please refer to the Filling With Water procedure. * Mineral build-up in the unit can also be the reason. Please refer to the Mineral Build-up section for the cleaning procedure. * If neither of these resolves the issue, stop using the unit immediately, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance.
