Limitation of the warranty range
Warranties offered by Bionest are effective as of start up date of the BIONEST® system.
The present warranty is limited to the province of Québec.
Notication obligation
Your BIONEST® treatment system is equipped with a BIOLARM® alarm which is installed inside
the building or in the exterior BIO-R+
TM
casing. Should the alarm be prompted, contact Bionest
immediately.
Furthermore, for the warranty to remain valid, the client must immediately notify Bionest of any
apparent abnormality or malfunction. Failure to advise Bionest within ten (10) calendar days
may void the warranty.
Bionest agrees to assess the situation and make necessary corrections, if required, within
reasonable delay of notication, if the present warranty conditions are applied. Client must
allow access to the septic installation to any Bionest representative at all times.
