new, refurbished, reconditioned, repaired or rebuilt products (or parts) for repair or replacement
within this warranty. Such products and parts are similar in functionality and performance to
original product or part, as determined by Bionest at its sole discretion and are covered under
the present warranty conditions.
BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (only)
Conditions relating to warranties offered by Bionest within this manual apply to all residential
market system models for residential type applications and for domestic type wastewaters, as
indicated by the ministère de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques
(MELCC).
Note that the BIONEST
®
media is guaranteed for 30 years (parts and labour), as it never
needs replacement and cannot clog up within the treatment chain during this period.
BIO-UV
TM
The BIO-UV® carries a 100 % warranty for the rst two (2) years, following which it becomes
regressive, at a 10 % yearly rate. Between 2 to 3 years, manufacturer’s warranty is 70 %; 3 to 4
years, 60 % and so on.
In addition to the one (1) year warranty, the UV lamp is replaced yearly, as part of the
maintenance activities.

Upon replacement of a part or upon repair under warranty, the replacement part carries only the
remaining portion of the original warranty.
Replacement parts shipped may be subject to handling and shipping charges.
The legal warranty provided in articles 1726 to 1730 of the Code civil du Québec is also offered
by Bionest. It is a conventional warranty applicable under the conditions herein.
