Chapter Three Installation And Use Methods
1、Installation
Before sending, we did the debugging of the Main part . But before you operate it, you still need
some check and adjustment, to make it to the fullest use. Since you get the tiller, assemble it as
follows:
1. Fix the walking wheel to the Six squares opposite ends of the drive shaft respectively with φ8
pin
2. Assembly of trailer coupling: connect rod assembly in the trailer body, with the connecting pin
shaft connection and insert the cotter pin, then insert Subsoil resistance bar;
3. Installation of handle pipe: hand the tube opposition tube slots, adjust the height, use lock
handle and bolt fixed
4. Connect shift lever and fork shaft
We've done debugging before sending the products, before you use the power tiller, you'd better
check the parts and do some adjustment for better use.
2、Routine check
1. Check engine fuel
Put the engine in a horizontal position
Turn out the oil level gauge, Wipe cleanly
Insert the oil level gauge into the oil passage hole(don’t need to turn in the thread)
Turn out the oil level gauge, check the oil lever, within the Oil scale mark can be thought as
normal
Oil SAE10W-30 is recommended as the general lubricating oil, it suitable to normal
environment.
2. check the oil of gearbox
Put the engine in a horizontal position, turn out the oil level gauge (see picture 4)
Normal adding oil is 1.6L, the line under the lower edge of oil filler point, if oil lever in a low lever,
add to the regular lever
3、Adjustment Of Tiller
1. Adjust height of handle bar
Caution: in order to avoid topple over, pls put the engine in flat ground before adjust the
height of handle bar.(see picture 5)
