Tips!
All Bluetooth devices are sensitive to electrical and radio interference. Try to keep the earphones
away from sources of high voltage, or radio waves (including microwaves). With zero interference
present, the range of Bluetooth connections is approximately 10 metres, depending on your
connected device. This range reduces drastically when objects obstruct the path of the Blue-
tooth signal between the paired device and the earphones.
If sound becomes intermittent whilst using the earphones, ensure you are close enough to the
paired device which you are using, and ensure that the earphones are suciently charged.
If the earphones are in use during a call and the battery is depleted, your call will be automatically
routed back to the speaker and microphone on your source device (e.g. a smartphone) and the
phone call will stay connected.
