CHARGING THE EPRO POWER PAD:
1. Connect the supplied Type C USB cable to the Type C port on the e-Pro 10W Power Pad
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the mains (adaptor not included)
3. Place your Qi enabled device on the raised charging area, a red LED indicates charging
4. A small light will illuminate when charging
Please note: Each Qi device (smartphones etc) charging coil is positioned dierently, you may
need to test the optimal position of your device on the charging pad, this is usually centered on
the charging pad (as shown) for the wireless charging wire to work. Some device cases may
prevent charging or optimal charging, and cause overheating, remove them before use. Check
with your device manufacturer for compatibility.
IMPORTANT:
For optimal performance and to use the 10W fast charging capability, please use a QC compati-
ble power adaptor (not supplied) and USB Type C that supports fast charging.
If you do not put your Qi enabled device in the correct charging position, your device and the
charging pad may become hot. This is due the receiving coil in your device and the charging coil
in the charging pad not being properly aligned. Placing metallic objects on the charging pad or
your device may also cause your device, charging pad or those objects to get hot. When using
the charging pad with your Qi enabled device, ensure it is in the correct position as shown above,
ensure that you remove any case on your device and that there are no metallic objects on your
device or the charging pad.
The charging pad has built in overcurrent protection. If the charging pad is used improperly and
the instructions in this guide are not followed, the charging pad may shut down or reduce the
power output and charging speed. Please check that your device is Qi wireless enabled and is
functioning correctly and does not have any form of damage (software of hardware) as this may
activate the overcurrent protection feature.
When charging your device, it (your device) must be Qi charging enabled. Your device will not
charge properly or may not experience fast charging if any of these situations are true; (a) Your
device has more than 60% battery power. (b) iOS version below 11.1.2. (c) Device temperature is
more than 35-45 ° C.
