Why is some rice not fully cooked in my Black & Decker RC506?

If some kernels of rice in your Black & Decker Rice Cooker aren't fully cooked, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, ensure that the rice cooker has completed its cooking cycle and has switched to the 'keep warm' setting. Let the rice sit for 15 minutes before serving. If that doesn't solve the issue, it's possible there wasn't enough water in the cooking bowl. Try adding a few more tablespoons of water, push the control switch back to 'cook', and check the rice again after it automatically switches back to 'warm' and has rested for 15 minutes.
