Assembly
Parts List
Use the exploded drawing as your guide to assemble. Lay all parts and assemblies out in front of you
before beginning. The following procedure is recommended. Should there be any damaged or miss-
ing parts, contact your supplier immediately.
1. Attach the ramp (10) to the end of the platform.
2. Place the removable plate (9) to the platform (8) to cover the rear wheel removal aperture.
3. Assemble the stop plate (1) and wheel vise assemblies (6, 7) to the front of the platform using bolts
(2), washers (29), and nuts (27).
4. Connect foot-operated air valve (48) to a maximum 100psi air supply.
