TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Pole Saw does not operate correctly check the following:
Problem Possible Cause Possible Solution
Tool will not
start.
Unit will not
charge.
Bar / chain
overheated.
Battery not
installed properly.
Battery not charged.
Lock-out button not
actuated.
Pole connections not
properly tightened.
Battery not inserted
into charger.
Chain too tight.
Lubrication
needed.
Check battery installation.
Check battery charging
requirements.
Pull back on lock button/
actuate trigger.
Refer to instruction manual
for pole connections.
Insert battery into charger
until green LED appears.
Charge up to 8 hours if
battery is totally drained.
Refer to section on
adjusting chain tension.
Refer to sections for chain
oiling application.
