2. Controls – remote control (optional)
The car radio can be operated remotely using the remote control sensor built into the front end. This is possible with the remote control available as an
accessory for the car radio (order number 1 101 402 001 001) or with the older Blaupunkt remote controls (RC-08, RC-09, RC-10, RC-10H, RC-12H).
There must be visual contact between the sensor on the radio and the transmitting eye of the remote control. Please note that operation via the
steering wheel-mounted remote control may not work properly depending on its position.
① On/off button:
Switching car radio on/off
Use the remote control to turn on the car radio only when you start the
ignition. The remote function increases the quiescent current of the car
radio so it cannot be used without the ignition on to protect the vehicle
battery.
② Volume/mute buttons.
③ Multifunction buttons to control source-specific functions.
④ SRC (audio source/source): Audio source selection: toggles between
the available audio sources.
Some sound sources can be deactivated, see section SETTINGS | MENU.
⑤ DIS button: Switches over the display
⑥ MENU button: Enters the menu
⑦ Memory buttons:
Calling a station or presented source-dependent auxiliary function such
as song search, pause, repeat, random play.
Not all functions/memory are available depending on the model
