Trouble shooting
1. The display cannot light on.
a. Please check if the DC power has connected properly.
b. Please press and hold the Power button 3 seconds to turn the unit on.
c. Please contact the service center for support in case of the problem remains.
2. The radio station sounds not good.
a. Please move the unit next to window in order to get better reception.
b. Please try switch to another station for listening.
c. Please contact the service center for support in case of the problem remains.
3. The sound in USB or microSD card mode is not good.
a. Please double check the USD and microSD card device was inserted properly.
b. Please try power off and power on the unit for playing again.
c. Please contact the service center for support in case of the problem remains.
4. The Bluetooth sound output intermittently.
a. Please try to move your Bluetooth device more close to the unit.
