11.9 Change batteries
Only use supply batteries that are suitable for deep discharge and that slowly release their energy
over a long period of time. 2 batteries with a rated voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 80 Ah are
required.
Initial fitting on delivery ex works: EXIDE ET550, 12V, 80Ah

Do not smoke, avoid any open flame and sparking.

Protect eyes, skin and clothing.
1. Switch off the main switch.
2. Unscrew negative (-) cable, then positive (+).
3. Clean and grease battery holder and contact terminals.
4. Install new batteries.
5. Grease battery terminals.
6. Connect positive (+) cables, then negative (-).
7. Tighten the pole terminals to the prescribed torque.
