8.3 Foundation and floor
DANGER
Risk of death and injury from asphalt ground
Only use the lifting system on level, statically tested floor slabs.
Requirements for the concrete floor slab:
Required concrete quality: C20 / 25 with a minimum load-bearing capacity of
20 MPa.
Minimum thickness of the bottom plate 115 mm.
Maximum permissible transverse angle to the vehicle: 1% (10 mm / m).
Maximum permissible longitudinal angle to the vehicle: 2% (20 mm / m).
9 Installation and initial commissioning
DANGER
Risk of death and injury due to improper installation
Installation, maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by
trained and authorised specialists whilst the system is switched off and
secured.
Work on the electrical equipment of the system may only be carried out by
electricians.
Work on hydraulic equipment may only be carried out by qualified
personnel with special knowledge and experience in hydraulics.
